To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

One of the significant reform shall focus objectively knowledge trasfer towards application for job centered to meet and qualify recruiters expectations and demands . in particular towards more weight of field assignments having more exposure of job market and it's in depth initial experience to meet future challenges.

Hello Sir, My suggetions are : 1) Compare the education policies with other countries like Sweden, Norway, Switzerland which has high percentage of educated citizens. 2) Ease of life should be there in every semester / standard. 3) Allowed selective subject and dont just keep pressure on students hoping they will become good labour for future. 4) Norminal fees and posh, world class infrastructure should be mandatory to all schools. Today some schools in the city also dont have good buildings and space to breath. 5) Most important is education organization should be run by educated and reputed peoples from the society and not by builders or polititions. 6)Policy ahould have emphasis on sports and personality development because we can see atleast in India we dont have relation between education and money. 7) Basic knowledge of law and rights of Democracy should be given in proper age ( 15-18).

I'd say old currency note of value ₹ 1,2,5,10,20,50,100 also should 'change by new colour note of ₹ . it's demonetization of old value currency note exchange by new colour currency value note ₹ All coins of 1 paisa, 2 paisa, 5 paisa, 10 paisa, 20 paisa, 1₹, 2₹, 5₹, 10₹ also should exchange in new currency value coins in the market. clean note policy clean by new value currency. I hope so we will see india as forward to developed country. Digital payment and digital banking system, paperless and coins less economy, infrastructure development.

Ragging free enviornment, corruption investigation, green area of campus, water management, rain water harvesting system, solar electricity instalation, healthy food availability in school and hostel campus, dress code of students and teachers should consider before deciding about ranking. Availability of psychologist, Doctor, Ayurveda experts, acupressure consultant, physiotherapist, sports teacher, Finanvially Poor students enrollment, monthy cycle pads availability for girls, anti drugs and suicide counseling, new ideas development and skills are major issue I deciding ranking. Sports activity, yoga and meditation should also check before deciding ranking of education institutions. Training of teachers and teachers education and teachers depth of knowledge and their personal library managed by teachers should decide for ranking.

Mental development, physical development, character Development, emotional development and spiritual development of students. Just highest numbers in exam obtained by students can not be the focus area of Good ranking.

Educational institutions should give opportunity to participate all events,and don't select best students to participate, appreciate all students in all aspects and institutions should have adequate facilities to teach each and everything in subject related items,many of the institution doesn't have subject related items,lab,and infrastructure,and also in adequate faculty and Research speciality teachers,improper fees structure etc.many institutions not follow proper discipline to students and staffs.
