My submission for Systemic Improvement in tax laws.
Agricultural Income is tax free. This provision is misused by several others who have basically nothing to do with farming.
It shall only be for farmers who have no other sources of business income and are totally dependent on agricultural income.

Corruption is caused by two factors need and greed
Need :- basic need of people should be taken care of like quality education at affordable prices, healthcare facilities, insurance, retirement income, affordable housing and safe environment
Greed :- Incentivizing the work regularly with some cash or non cash rewards helps create internal satisfaction in the person
When these are well taken care of chances of corruption reduces
For this holistic approach is required

At present land revenue is to be paid in cash by visiting Mamlatdar Office because there is no facility of any portal for online payment of land revenue. Futher the amount of land revenue is small amount so most people don't care to pay it regularly because visiting Mamlatdar office for payment of small amount of revenue is time consuming and costly i.e.rixa fare is more than the amount of revenue in many cases.Hence facilty of online payment of land revenue be made by state government.

At present one has to keep four cards : Aadhar card,PAN card, Election card & DrivingLicense. If Government decides about facility of Add-on details in Aadhard Card for PAN, Election Voter card Number & Driving Licence Number and if the same are printed on the Aadhar Card then the single Aadhar card would serve the purpose.
