PSU’s should not give dividend yield more than 5% , at present they are giving dividend yield of around 8% , Govt should incentivise PSU’s employees ( target linked based on the overall goal of the PSU) and also enhance capacities with balance 3% dividend yield so that they can compete with global players and become better competitors. Secondly Govt should give yearly dividend targets to PSU and the same should be reviewed if a PSU should not able to achieve dividend targets

To curb corruption,All government staff must have and should wear ID cards;with their name flashing in bold and their senior name with whom we can report in case of unsatisfactory work. Also, every government office must have complaints/suggestion box and nodal officer to take up complaints. It is hard to reach out to separate entity just to complain . Also, please see how private companies and psu works;lot to learn.

There are many wrong things happening, which can be stopped by govt by spreading awareness. Example fake police in civil dress(without id) checking bags of passengers in bus at check gate. Shopping mall open bags (personal belongings) instead of having scanners. Giftwraps and parcels not opened causing security threat. Toll plaza within 60km collecting money.

RBI should focus on reducing lending interest rates of Credit Cards, loans and bring strict norms for loan burglary, which is, suppose I am taking a loan of Rs 8 lacks for 5 years and my interest amount per month is 18k, then I am told that 18k amount plus charges will be deducted from my loan amount and sanctioned amount means 18k + 16k (2%) I.e. 800k - 34K = 766k will be deposited into my account. If I 766k amount is deposited, I am paying extra interest on 34k every month for 5 yrs!
