On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Respected Modiji, Lot of vehicles are registered in India. The vehicles are to be Insured properly. But lot of uninsured vehicles are kept garaged in buildings in day time and used in night. Though Registration Certificate is linked with phone number of RC owner, still no technology to send message of insurance expiry date in advance to Registered Owner by Insurance company, with message to the RTO. I request to make technology to call alert from Police Station to RC owner to insure the vehicle.

The police personnel Do their duties sincerely and honestly can inform the interference in their functions They can add those interfere in their functions as accomplice to crime and punishing them along with the criminal alone reduce the crime Those commit crimes and able to escape will not involve in criminal activities and the crime can be reduced for sale society

Each household needs to catered and it is possible if a systematic system is followed. Each wards Councillors to take care of the houses under its jurisdiction. A survey report to be submitted to a portal designed for central govt. or this very portal itself can be used. Each house or family has a child in education, father contribution in economy of the country and mother (working or housewife) dealing with the "menhengai". A report from every single household can help in better governance.

Respected Modiji, I bring your kind attention to a very serious matter. Mr. Trump a true Nationalist for United American States was defeated by the votes casted by immigrant citizens in America.Never an Immigrant citizen or an intruder be granted with citizenship of India, never allowed vote for fundamentalist like candidate in Election. such a situation shall not happen in India in Future.Hence I request to begin citizen profile Inspection enforcement Agency to study every citizen and deport

try to develop digital format to plan and implement every scheme ,eliminating duplication of planning and implementation . while planning only consider all goverment and private stake holders (ngo) ,while implementation there is no confusion And duplication . see the example of both the PDF how digital application can solve the hunger and waste management .

The Most of the serious crime committed by the highest official son daughter close relative and some politicians and the person have link with them These crime are covered up by police and those fight for justice are also harass by police for their personal gain These crime are the big menace In the society To keep the people safe these criminal along with the police cover up their crime also punished according to the law
