The outbreak of the global pandemic COVID -19 presents a challenging time for everyone around the world. Not only is this pandemic a serious medical concern, but it also brings mixed emotions and psycho-social stressors for all. There are emerging mental health concerns with specific focus on Children, Adolescents and Youth as they more vulnerable to heightened level of stress, anxiety and fearfulness, along with a range of other emotional and behavioral issues. COVID-19 has also brought new stressors on Teachers and Parents hampering their capacity to provide positive support to their wards. While it is important to focus on continuing education on the academic front, we must give equal importance to the mental health and well-being of the students.

Manodarpan, an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, under the AatmaNirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, aims at mobilizing psycho-social support to help Children, Youth, Teachers and Parents country-wide in a comprehensive and multimodal manner during conditions like COVID-19 and after. For more information, please visit www.mhrd.gov.in/covid-19/

MyGov in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, hereby invites citizens to share ideas and inputs to combat the psycho-social stress on School & College Students, Teachers and Parents, caused due to COVID-19 pandemic. Selected comments may be featured on social media.

And self counseling is for keeping, Our mind motivated we all know without motivation we are like a meaningless object. who has no goals to achieve so that's why India is in the list of countries where student suicide are committed. Because students are not self motivated or guided properly by own self or their mentors.By this I just want to we should be self motivate our self and keep our mind in a positive attitude in this lock down period . So at last BE A SELF COUNSELOR

Being a student ,and loving children of our parents it's our duty to give a good result to our parents for their hardwork for our education. I know todays education is quiet stress full if some individuals dont score good they get stressed, dismotivated etc. I don't have word to depict the state of theirmind so, it's very important to keep our self motivated and should not search for a counselor we should be our own counselor because self motivation is very important to eliminate all.

According to my opinion in this global pandemic COVID 19, Goverment is plannig to open the school. So I thought that for children below age group of 15 means students of std 5th to 10 th there should be only final exam. ex. Std 10th should have only board exam.Because most of the students can't understand in online classes and online classes have been started from more than 2 months. Students have not understand many things that are teach by teacher online. So there should be only final exams.

According my opinion during outbreak of the global pandemic COVID 19 there is challenging time for everyone. But hope so parents may communicate with their children time to time. this is more important. only tv and mobile is not a way to enjoy and time pass. you can read and tell various stories to our children. There is more good programms on tv. parents should communicate time time. Think that there is huge knowledge on the earth, that our lives come short to take the knowl

I'm also a student and I try this : • Doing crafting, art, learning cooking and many other household chores which I'd never done before. • In previous semester I'd so many incomplete syllabus which I completed in this period. • Exercise and cardio help me a lot in this period making me mentally and physically fit. • I able to know more about my religion and now I'm thinking to read biography of great Indian warriors, freedom fighters and Ancient Intellectuals.
