Psychological wellbeing is an important area all educational institutions should focus on along with academic excellence. Filling up brain with facts alone will not be enough to survive or succeed. How to be fit physically and be peaceful at mind are the foundations of happy life irrespective of job nature and lifestyle.

1. Online survey of psychology thoughts of students & then counsel those who in need via family and existing offline/online counsellors
a. Give incentive or make it mandatory or use gov. employees/teachers to make it mandatory.
b. In School- 11th & 12th should be counsel or help out regarding the future perspectives
2. Family regulations and group activities...basically local to maintain a physical touch...
3. College students should be kept busy with classes

In my opinion, we need to ramp up counselling services in educational institutions as much as possible. There is no better way other than get in touch with professionals both for the children and the elders. We have to ensure the teachers as well as parents are made aware how much important it is to be sensitive towards the students' psychology. We need to create an environment where our children feel secure to open up about their issues to each other and the elders.

According to Psychologist, Personality development may start from preschool, school-age. these two ages are crucial ages because how do we mold the child, no change throughout life.
First of all, Teachers are the sculptures of Nation so focus on Teachers' personalities. ie and Government may provide the provision to recruit Trained Psychologists in Every Educational Institution, by conducting situational based Behaviour.
