We need to integrate 'Music' , in routine classroom teaching being catered online, to the students countrywide , in order to destress the learners and make the system less mechanical.
An art integrated system of learning , will boost the learners and will aid in healthy living.

The main stress nowadays is online classes on platforms like zoom. Online education is to ease children not to burden them. We focus on this idea so please like our educational page Vidya on Facebook with the help of the link given below.

1. Include Yoga in daily routine as fun activity not as burden.
2. Group counselling sessions should be scheduled by schools on Saturdays in same way, as they are delivering online classes...students will feel relaxed and aware about their mental health.
3. Mental health scales should be administered online to assess their mental health status and can help needful.
4. Later on as schools will reopen, these activities could be continued. Hopefully we'll find positive results.

Stress is nothing but It's just a matter of our point of view that means how me ourselves think about anything It's just our so called NAZARIA !!
Stress can be dealed easily if
we are POSITIVE!!
We are MOTIVATED!!
We are SATISFIED!!
We are AWARE!!
We are SELF SUFICIENT!!
As these things leads to OUR HAPPINESS!!
"HAPPINESS KILLS STRESS"

I would like to say ,that the lockdown is obviously causing lot of problems to everyone. But the good sode is this is a golden opportunity to be able to understand yourself, to develop yourself . If you are a student like i am, we can spend time reading , learning a lot of things that were pending due to time . This is the best time to live to the fullest with your family and be happy.
