The children in presence of their parents and teachers can also concentrate on planting the saplings which is the important activity to do in this pandemic period. The children can participate in swachh bharath mission by gathering all their relatives, friends ,etc. In this period cleanliness is the most important thing. Teachers should motivate the students to participate in all the co-curricular activities to combat the stress. This also helps the teachers to combat the stress

Due to the online classes the students may be projected to the psychological stress. By doing the exercise, pranayama, meditation, playing or working on some of their favorite co-curricular activities they can refresh their minds and combat the stress. Parents can also help the children to combat the stress by encouraging them to do their favourite activities. The schools should install the online class facilities so that all the teachers can teach and run their families.

इस वक़्त में हो सके उतना पेड़ पौधों का ध्यान रखें और वृक्षारोपण करें. माता पिता अपने बच्चों को अपने जीवन की अच्छी यादे दे, अपने वक़्त के किस्से सुनाए.

Forget about the past . Don't worry about the future .Thank God that u are alive today. Do something useful for the society , We don't know whats going to happen next moment , so accept today as a present (gift).and spend it wisely. Do as much good as you can to others. It brings joy and peace to oneself and deviate our mind from stress, anxiety, and other fears.
