continuing. 2. Teachers: used to comfort of class room and direct interaction with students, knowing too little about LMS and Teams, Zoom, etc., teachers are under mental and physical stress. some are able to handle, some handle with whatsapp and a lot are learning. From Teachers they have become Trainers. 24 hr duty with parents calling any time and neglect of Home adds to stess. Schools must install better LMS. Schools also must share cost of purchase of laptops and software by teachers.

Big factors in the psychosocial distress amongst
1. Students: Big social divide amongst students.. There are those students whose parents provide best laptops, fast internet, healthy environment and book materials. There are those whose parents can only provide smart mobiles with 4g or 3g connectivity. and then those who do not have smart mobiles, no space in homes, parents unable to help them. The third group and second group needs to be addressed by welfare state, panchayats, mohalla samiti.

It is important that parents and relatives stop comparing their ward with others'. Every child has his/her own capabilities and every child is special. The society needs to understand this. When students are compared, they struggle with inferiority complex and get demotivated which adversely affects their performance.

Sir,
Many schools conduct their own interview/exam for children to get admission to their schools, and even they take exam of parents too. Plz stop such activities. Plz implement action against such a foolish institutes/management.
Our govt schools permitting everyone irrespective of there knowledge, religion or condition. Why can not be implemented by all other institutes of nation.
We need to encourage Service oriented educational institutes, instead of business oriented.
