One of interesting I learnt, generally in our country there is no good awareness of food allergies. There are some food allergies like Gluten allergy, nut allergies etc. Gluten allergy physically damage intestines and skin issues. Gluten cause some mental issues brain fog, anxiety etc. Anxiety has its own problem when person dealing socially. All food companies restaurant menu should be updated with allergy info. & packed food should display in bold allergy contents. People made aware of allergy

Children shall be involved in household activities like cooking, cleaning or mopping the floor or gardening etc. during this period. This not only will remove the stress of monotony of on-line classes but will add to their knowledge. Another aspect will be that they will not dislike these activities as inferior activities when they grow up. They will become AatmaNirbhar and know the value of manual labour

Pranams. In this COVID-19 situation, Online Education is the only possibility for all students. Without Data recharge they can not proceed. Only Data packages may be introduced by network providers in concession rates especially BSNL. The concession may be issued by school/College ID cards. It'll give relief to students and parents in recharge expenses. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.

One aspect of PM's 15th August,2020 independence day address is to review the marriage age of girls. Increase in marriage age means giving them more time to complete the education and plan their career goals. For government, it means some indirect control over increasing population. It seems to be a win-win situation for country and its people

Sharing a few things that helped me as a student to keep myself physically and mentally fit-
1)Establish a good relationship with your family, have conversations about things that you are interested in. Teach them new things that they are not aware of (It feels good when we can understand each other).
2)Indulge in some form of art (be it drawing, music, dance, photography)in this way you are developing your skillset and also allowing your mind to destress.
3) Yoga, meditation

Ideas to promote mental well-being among students during COVID - 19 Pandemic and beyond are:
1. Yoga - giving just 30 minutes daily to yoga can boost the entire body for the day as it stimulates all organs as well as the nervous system of the body and provides a lot of energy.
2. Exercise - everyone must do exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening because in the present time we are confined to the four walls of house.
3. Give a little time to your family and hobbies.

There should not be given pressure to the students in this pandemic situation and Locked Down period. Parents should entertain them in this situation. Students should come in their daily life in side the house. Should not pressurised them for studies in this pandemic situation. They should be always mentally peace.
