Let private sector take care of education. Remove all requirements for affiliation, teacher's training/payment etc. Let the market decide. Make boards just exam taking bodies. Remove all restriction on private sector for opening schools. Let there be more & more schools. Unless this is done, we'll keep going to SC for nursery admission. If private sector can give everyone mobile phone at cheap cost, it can also provide education. For medical, let private players use govt hospitals at dist level.

if govt collect a huge money in CSR, then corruption might show it's ugly face in the name of distribution of the fund's money. so it is better to pass on this responsibility to the better performing humanitarian religious groups.

don't bound the Corporates by CSR because forceful implementation couldn't give the desired result, albait , persue them to contribute to several renowned religious groups which have better track records of social welfare and activities.

Under CSR policy, Corporates have to spend certain % of their profit for social cause. If Government allots 100-200 villages / schools to these Corporates and directed to build toilets. Here upper expense limit of building a toilet should be fixed to avoid misuse of funds. Government can achieve their target of having toilet in every village / school by implementing the above idea

Similar to Hon’ble Prime Minister’s ‘Adopt a village’ campaign, Private schools should be encouraged to adopt a govt. school/rural school in their area that lacks some facilities/resources. For example, my school, ITL Public School, Dwarka has adopted ‘Sarvodya Kanya Vidyalaya’ in Palam Village. I am proud to share that we are the first school to build a toilet in this school. Such partnerships can be fruitful in many ways and will also help lessen the disparity that exists in the govt. school

GDP is growing in rapid rate but the state of defense must increase too, giving our opportunity to private sector to develop and crate more defense products in 'Make in India' and connecting those private sectors under RAW and I&B by command of PMO and taking front line task to decrease imports and increase more exports and improve stability and improve army's financial tasks and make more stabilized defense in WORLD

Like bank account for every one - Should be a student account as well . right from the student from class 5 every school student should have mandatory account in government bank with a bit higher saving interest to make them save money for higher education

Today most of the teacher emphasize on salary. Teacher in govt. institution gets very high salary for 2-3 lectuers. While we are talking about digital India, can't we opt for digital virtual classes with very small enterpreneurs and achieve the target for educated India.

It can happen by way of funding and deputing some manpower in the institutes of higher learning.
