Subjects include C, C++, Java, J2EE, Spring/JSP, DBMS Theory with practicals in Oracle/MySQL, DataStuctures theory with lab on Java, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Skill development should include the skills to promote/teach better agriculture practices. Youths and farmers in Jharkhand are lacking in this point.

Our education system must distinguish between the learning for knowledge and skill. Skill developments should start at school-levels. There should be at least a week long workshop on different skills at basic level for school students, which should make them familiar with tools usage. Though many schools encourage students to submit project works from their skills, unfortunately it used to be project for parents to develop their skills.

Start a website where all the job types are listed and the qualification/skill needed for each job type..Where the training for these are offered. Also display the vacancies for each Job type..display salaries for those jobs. All I want to say is we need a job portal where all the job types and vacancies are listed. People can go through Job types and decide which career path to chose based on their skills and money.

Basically most of Indian workers don't have get the chance for skill development due to various pressures. I think that we should engage every school and college students on live projects with their ideas with our experienced people can able to solve every problems of us.
We have enough talents and resources, if we can use it for proper skill development programs

#MSDE :With the introduction of Jio-net, uncontrolled access to internet data is available to Indians. Indian youth and elders are getting addicted to pornography due this free data revolution. Crimes against women and children have almost doubled in last 6 months. Students are least interested in studies! Dear Modiji, no more net neutrality to porn data. India need students addicted to skill, not to porn.. Otherwise Skill India project will be mere waste of time. Please do the needful.

#MSDE : National award winning pioneering teachers should be retained in service since skill improves with experience. Such a pioneering emeritus teachers pool must be organized at the earliest. India has just twenty years and in that 20 years we must pull back the riches through skill export. Again Govt of India has to introduce data throttling to control pornography in india. Without controlling free data revolution in India, MSDE cannot achieve their goals.

I am having 10+ years experience in building a secure software n wanted to share knowledfe with many people but don't find opportunitities. We have to train our teachers by industry gurus first, motivate them and I belive we can transform education. When I compare traing education in countries in USA n India I find we use minimum technology n maximum traditional approach for teaching inside walls. Actual traing happens when people start working on things what they like n take help from experts

#MSDE :India can be come the global skill leader if and only if the students have adequate communication skills in English, which has emerged as a global language. Chinese people are far ahead of us in English learning now. Even the teachers are poor communicators in English. We have to solve this problem too. Language labs should function full fledged in all skill development institutions. National skill championships must be regularly conducted for students as well as teachers.

#MSDE :Unified supply of quality equipment and infrastructure is the most important requirement of Skill India. Usually, all institutions are supplied with obsolete equipment and nothing can be achieved with that! Modiji, please upgrade some public sector companies to educational eqpt making companies. There is no need for a purchase dept in every educational institution in India. With that savings itself, we can supply quality equipments! No purchase at lower level, no corruption and delay!
