Poor science and maths education (and English) accounts for 80 per cent of total students who fail in Tenth Board Examination. The low enrolment in science stream at higher secondary level and poor-quality education is a constraint in development of scientific manpower in the country. Science and Maths education would need special attention. We need to deliberate and find workable strategies for strengthening the quality of teaching–learning processes for better outcomes; innovations and diversity of approaches in matters of curricula, pedagogies and use of technology to improve the learning levels.

Veda literally means knowledge....its not a book of just hymns n mantras...IF PROPERLY TAUGHT AND UNDERSTOOD THEY ARE BOOKS OF SCIENCE.....ALL MYTHS REGARDING IT SHOULD BE ABOLISHED AND ITS READING CAN BE ENCOURAGED THOUGH NOT MANDATORY CZ PPL LL START THE RELIGIOUS ISSUE!!!!!EINSTEIN AND SCHRODINGER TESLA WERE READERS OF VEDAS AND THEY WERE JUST ASTONISHED...WE ARE JUST BEING CHEATED SAYING THAT THOSE ARE MYTH....

Our educational system particularly in schools are getting worse...STUDENTS ARE FORCCCCED TO SCORE MARKSS...SPORTS SHOULD BE EQUALLY ENCOURAGED...BRUTAL SYSTEM OF PUNISHMENTS AND SCOLDING THEM FOR NOT GETTING SCORES SHOULD BE DISCOURAGED.....SCHOOLS SHOULD CULTIVATE CHARACTERS....NOT MERE MARKS AND SCORES....MORAL VALUES SHOULD BE TAUGHT IN FIRST PLACE

One can achieve quality education only through active learning....what we have in India is BOOK LEARNING MUGGING UP THE TEXTS WHICH IS OF NO USE...students mcramming the texts without understanding should be discouraged....more field based works and lab based practical works demonstrating the theory should be doneeee....FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH SHOULD B ENCOURAGED RIGHT FROM SCHOOL DAYS...RENOWNED SCIENTISTS AND PROFS SHOULD BE MADE TO GIVE LECTURES TO SCHOOL CHILDREN IN A CONTINUOUS BASIS..

There should be a government lab in every village which should admit 100-200 village student every year on merit basis. Seats should be reserved for downtrodden classes. Along with Science teacher, these labs should be staffed by science students under their internship programs. There should be experiment kits given by education boards containing all prerequisites for experiments. Labs should have high speed internet connection. Also, there should should be bigger labs at district level.

There shall be a "Lab for Innovation" in every school wherein age appropriate activities are prescribed with toys/games/working models/videos. This will result in kindling the toddlers mind to be innovative. Today's kids are already smart-kids due to the fact that they are exposed to the new technology and their potential needs to be channeled appropriately.

please teach basic vedic science, maths and ayurved from class 4. Also ensure that they are well versed in the modern advancements as well. Every year something or the other new inventions are happening and the kids need to know them. Vedic Science can form a good base for understanding of science as a subject. We have ancient temples, and other testament for architecture which is quite inconceivable today. Even in engineering higher principles of vedic science can be taught.

िवज्ञान काे सही ढंग से परीभाषा देते हुये बच्चाें काे उनके अास पास िक चीजाें अाैर घटनाअाें काे िवज्ञान से जाेड कर पढाया जाना उपयुक्त हाेता है। इसके साथ ही हर िवषय का िवज्ञान से संबंध बताना चाहीए।

Have a dedicated free to air science channel teaching fun things regarding science that will inflame the interest among the young And teach science according to class e.g. 7th std science at 8 pm
