Poor science and maths education (and English) accounts for 80 per cent of total students who fail in Tenth Board Examination. The low enrolment in science stream at higher secondary level and poor-quality education is a constraint in development of scientific manpower in the country. Science and Maths education would need special attention. We need to deliberate and find workable strategies for strengthening the quality of teaching–learning processes for better outcomes; innovations and diversity of approaches in matters of curricula, pedagogies and use of technology to improve the learning levels.

The syllabus of mathematics from classes I to VIII should aim at developing basic mathematical skills required in daily life.Syllabus of class IXth and Xth should be divided into core and elective.The Core Maths syllabus should stress on basic mathematics: arithmetic,Geometry,Mensuration,Banking etc.The elective syllabus can include topics from pure maths like set theory,Coordinate Geometry,Trigonometry so that they cater to the students who want to opt for mathematics at plus two level.

According to we have add a new point in RTE that if any boy is not read properly his parent and teachers both are punished.

In computer science languages like python, C, C++, and Java must be introduced. Also the courses of all the subjects must have 80% of practical approach of learning and 20% of theoretical learning.

The syllabus of the primary secondary and higher school education must be bridged between each other so that the student after passing class 10th opting for a stream dose not face problem in continuing with stream being selected by the student. Also Sanskrit must be made a compulsory subject up to 10th standard, starting from 4th standard. Vedic mathematics must be introduced in the primary sections rather than the western system of mathematics.

1. Science education without practical is no use. 2. Frame the syllabus in such a way that every student to perform independent science project each year. 50% marks to be assign for projects from 5th standard only. e.g. Simple experiment of rubbing flint and getting a flash. then step by step advance level. 2. In all science subject there is wide scope of practicals. students to come out of classroom and must enjoy science in nature.3 students to "love" the science and not "like" the science.

For maintain quality education in villages govt school minimum 5 teachers in primary schools and minimum 4 teaches in upper primary schools.
