No concrete practical knowledge is given till X class as a result students suffer in choosing their streams in XI.
I recommend that practical exams should be taken more seriously and REAL LIFE SITUATIONS SHOULD BE given in question papers to test basic understanding and subject knowledge of the students.
2) use of YOUTUBE can be very productive. I personally use many educational youtube channels to teach my students. This gives them a wide scope of ideas. I recommend CBSE/NCERT with same

Give practical experience and training higher than the theory. By putting theory easier and giving practical knowledge on that particular of profession in which student is interested. By creating digital smart class room. By creating virtual classroom and schools in those cities where no school is situated. Give benefit to those who creates the school. Make rule that give necessary education of sports in school. By applying those steps we make the India smarter and educated.

Poor students completing their degrees from low level universities find it more difficult to get a job in metropolitan cities such as Pune, Mumbai and Delhi just because the universities in which they studied was not reputed. Hence a SINGLE UNIVERSITY IN WHOLE OF THE INDIA MUST BE INTRODUCED. At least reason for job rejection will be based on the talent of the student and not due to so called good universities and bad universities.

All Teachers should be subject to a Student Review at the end of Year/Semester, where in Computer Readable Data Forms + Return Sealable Envelope should be provided to students in Sealed Cover via a Volunteer. Once the students fill up the review form (w/out any fear of backlash) the student volunteer will collect and Seal them in the Second Envelope and hand it over to Review Auth. Personnel. Data should be analysed and Action Taken, irrespective of caste, religion or social status.

1. We still follow learning by rote. It should be activity based learning. Instead of teaching the students the theory we have to teach the concept with some activity /game/ usage of multimedia. Also we need to show the practical application of the concept . If we do not relate to the topic the learning is not complete.
2. Till now meritorious students are going for IT or medical etc. We need to encourage people to take up teaching. For this to happen, the salaries should be higher.

The system of charging admission fees in every year should not be their either private schools or government school.
if any of the student once took admission in a particular school then why he/she supposed to pay admission charges next after next year…till class 12th?...............
Its totally blackmailing by the schools...yes if any of the student take the admission then school can charge the admission fees.
If government is serious to make a right policy at school level then government with

All approach and policy making should be undertaken from 2 aspects - Govt. run Public Schools and Private Schools. Third aspect can be of common policy for both of them.

We need to improve our selection criteria for Teachers and other staff, Any person becoming a teacher just because of cast is very bad idea, reservation is good but it shouldnt degrade dignity of the post. How can an unqualified teacher produce quality students. I dont think this way we can stop our intelligent people from migrating to other countries which respect knowledge and quality over politics.
