There is no check of use of pesticides and insecticides by the farmers. IF not properly used, these pesticides and insecticides act as slow poison for food/vegetable/fruit eater. Excess of pesticides and insecticides also increase the cost for farmers. Proper information should be provided to the farmers. Keeping in view of health of citizens, final food products should be tested and if found unfit for eating because of presence of pesticides and insecticides, food products should be destroyed

Sir, after every odd situation and lot of hard work, if a farmer is not getting labors to work in the field, due to the Sarpanch / Panchayat work is BIG PAIN in the peak seasons. Govt. should think n find some provisions, b.coz every farmer can't afford hitech farming n poor farmers are bound to go to do the MAZDOORI n leaving their own farming.

Encourage alternate crops like sweet potato, peanut and soya bean. This
type of crop rotation was recommended by George Washington carver in
U.S.A. This will also help in restoring the nitrogen in to the soil.

All farmers must ensure their are farms have dense boundaries of trees. Trees will help them to hold land water in better way and hence reduce dependency on rain and external water sources will be reduced. Additionally Farming should not be only source of income to farmers. If possible they can rent our their peace of lands for good cause to govt and schools. and there should be laws to favor this

Sir,Farmers will not go for Agriculture Insurance by themselves.Strong Agency net work is required. At present Agriculture corporation of India is not equipped with such force. Please negotiate with with LIC and utilise their Agents for this purpose.See their officers are involved in claim settlement also.Sir please create confidence in Farmers with your powerful speech so that they will not think of suicide.
