We as a country is rich in manpower but lacking in industrial machinery in agriculture which is very costly to afford to farmers. Over this the compulsory employment scheme by giving a fixed amount has made the work force lazy and dependent on the scheme without working. Due to this, the farmers dont get quality manpower n manhours and end up paying more for less work. Instead the farmers should be given the money to employ manpower and thus incentivise the farmers n make workers work for mo

Services for Farmers in low cost
1. PAnchayat can buy or rent Tracktors to Farmers in reduced amount. Faster Cultivation process .
2. Mandatory Rainwater Harvesting in all rural areas for all boar wells.
3. Panchayats should have record of each farmer and his yearly planned yield. It should correctly estimate crop
4. Rural and Agro torism promostion with people / Students need to promoted. They need to stay with farmers during cultivation and cutting processes help them and pay them.

Contd.
these raw farmers to full flagged supplier to end consumer. It will not only help farmers, but to the entire society by restricting DALAL generating maxm.rewards out of minm.efforts.HOW? If milk from villagers can be distributed all over, why not agriculture.
LAST: Land acquisition is a development need and has to happen at any cost, but giving compensation in multiple of cost can not be justified,as these increases cost of the land for AAM ADMI,who is waiting for a flat or small shop.
