Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

. महोदय, अगर जमीन अधिग्रहण के एक वर्ष के अंदर नौकरी नहीं मिलता है तो उसके लिय मुवावजा या सजा या दोनों का प्रावधान अधिग्रहण करता अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, या कम्पनी के मुखिया के खिलाफ करने का प्रावधान इस बिल में निहित होना चाहिय !!

if that not get in time farmers find difficult to cultivate their products.We can divide the cropsthree types:those require plenty of water,above average and average.Vegetable farmers water requirement is less when compared to food grain crops.Cotton,Rubber water needs are less.Apart from water,fertilizers which can be chemical or organic,pesticides and germicides,Reasonable price,market conditions,minimum support price for those products which are not getting the required price-----

मेरा सुझाव उन किसानो के लिये है जिनका जीवन यापन का श्रोत्र सिर्फ कृषि ही है उनके लिए आप " किसान पेंशन योजना " लागू करे जो जन धन योजना से जुडी हो 60 वर्ष की उम्र के बाद कम खेतो वाले किसान रोगों और अधिक उम्र की वजह से खेती करने में असमर्थ होते है । मौसम की मार से कुछ किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं सरकार को फसल के नुकसान पर किसानो की पूँजी डूब जाती है उसकी भरपाइ करनी चाहिए । कम से कम कम एकड़ वाले गरीब किसानो की सहायता सरकार को उठानी चाहिए

Kisano ki do mahatvapurn avasaykata hai swasstha dhara aur pani . Swastha dhara ke liye sir mitti ki janch hona chahiye jiske liye sir mitti jach ki leb ki avaskta hogi sir pehle in leb ki avaskta private tor par ki jay janch ka karch kisan uthane ke liye tayar hai.

महोदय भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल के अनुसार हाइवे/ रेलवे के दोनों और स्थित एक किलोमीटर भूमि सरकार बिना किसी सुचना के अधिग्रहित कर सकती है, वही उद्योगो के लिय जाने वाली भूमि में 70% किसानो की सहमति को आवश्यक बताया गया है ! उद्योगपति अपना उद्योग हाइवे / रेलवे के नजदीक लगाना चाहता है यैसे में उसके लिय सहमति का उद्योग पति को आवस्यकता ही नहीं पड़ेगा क्योकि जहा उसे उद्योग लगाना है ओ यैसे स्थान का चयन करेगा जो हाइवे /रेलवे के जुड़ा हुआ हो ! मतलब 90% उद्योगो के लिय किसानो की जमीन बिना किसी सहमति के ली जायगी ?

जिस भूमि का अधिग्रहण होना है उसका बाजार भाव कैसे तय होगा ? बाजार भाव सरकारी बाबू, कंपनी तय करेगी या उसे तय करने में किसानो कि भूमिका भी निर्धारित होगी !! बाजार भाव निर्धारण के लिय स्पस्ट और पारदर्शी नीति सरकार की क्या होगी इसका उल्लेख भी भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल में होना ठीक रहेगा ?

Namaskar, Sir Please start the scheme like LPG subsidy direct deposited in bank account for farmers and give him right to sell his material directly to the government to cut out the dalal's commission.

Kindly make a distinction between rich and poor farmers in Land Bill.This will change the discourse and make you more friendly to farmers.Land must be taken if needed for nation's interest,with a caveat especially if they belong to rich farmers.Expose Rich farmers lobby,championed by Opposition and other civil groups.Put it in Maat ki baat.
