Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Honorable Priminister :- farmers and farming is our strength, but famers are feeling they are being used by govt and no one there understand their feelings, hence some BIMA YOZNA for their children's future, also ur ministry can reach to farmers those who are far rural, they will be more happy. what they need some one near by, I thing u are the special for them, if u can present within them, not for unban farmer bu for rural famer, not like CONG party who always play dirty politics

Though this is a very good initiative, i recommend that something at a State level, City level, Gram panchayat level must be held monthly something like Ms. Kiran Bedi envisaged- "Dil ki Baat" to compliment the Prime Minister's "Mann ki Baat" on radio. We must use all possible publicity channels- TV, Radio, Online, Social media and public meetings ASAP. This would quell the misconception THAT MODI SARKAR IS ANTI FARMER! though in reality it is not. DO NOT ALLOW KHANGRESS TO SPREAD THE BAD WORD.

Respected pm, I am a mechanical engineering student,as per my knowledge and by seeing this change in climate an artifitial fields(shades) should be provided to farmers for a small field cum maximum growing plan .Due to unwanted rain and weather change many farmers are not getting their fruitful result so under "make in india " project these shades should be manufactured either by a waste plastics or in other way so that these may all provided to all farmers in cheap price which is not so.

HON,BLE PM, THE DAY OF 22ND MARCH IS ITSELF THE AUSPICIOUS DAY ( WORLD WATER DAY). TO LINK THE FARMERS ON THIS DAY THROUGH MAAN KI BAAT IS PRAISEWORTHY. THIS IS MESSAGE FROM BANDIPORE KASHMIR (J&K). WHAT I THINK AT LOCAL LEVELIS THAT WE SHOULD MAKE THE INSTITUTIONS LIKE ATMA( AGRICULUTURE TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT AGENCY)MORE AUTONOMOUS AND FARMER ORIENTED. THE LACK OF AGRICULTURE AND ALLIED SECTOR EXTENSION SERVICES IS THE NEED OF HOUR. EXPLORING IRRIGATION FACILITIES, E MARKETING, ACCESS INPUTS.

Respected Primeminister, Iam from TAMILNADU AND WITH RESPECT TO OUR STATE PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING POINTS WITH RESPECT TO FARMERS. The agricultural lands are becoming residential plots and the cultivation area is shrinkng The nearby land owners {farmers}, are forced to sell their lands to the real estate owners due to several reasons which are beyond their control.New stringent rules should be framed to curb this dangerous growth. The farmers are becoming labourers and spoils our nation.

The number of jobs created in this process may be estimated pragmatically . The job issue to their dependants will encourage farmers . The incentive part of land bill needs to be explained in details on the websites and TV advertisements including news papers to counter the rumours of opposition
