But I think now Its time to create Pro-Active Governance in India, Where people can demand all government service at their doorstep via toll free voice calling, same like US has 911 for complaint filing via phone. Also, if a government officer fails in finish his targets, he should be punished. Because of the centralized system it will allow government to know how inefficient they are. Jai Hind!
