PM should consider fixing of accountability in government for those who fail to perform the tasks which they are duty bound to perform. Why should the Supreme Court direct executives to perform their duties like the one regarding the review of cases of undertrials who have undergone more than 50 % of their prescribed punishment for offence for which they are being tried. When an inbuild and express provision exists in the law, the executives should have done it in periodical reviews of their
