The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

No human is basically bad but due to some influences in their life they do crimes so opportunity must be given and all should be treated humanly as in developed countries.

An organisation must be made to monitor any begging in public. The families who stay on the road side and do begging must be rehabilitated. The children must be sent to school. The sick to the hospital and mentally unsound must be sent to mental treatment homes. The old and weak to be sent to appropriate homes. The unskilled must be provided vocational skills so that they could earn and live with dignity.

(9) The differences in currency among nations must be replaced with a single currency. If it is dollar we can get 2 dollar as salary and US residents can have 5 dollars as per their standard of living etc.
