The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

(4) To increase the employment in the country is to make provisions for shift working in factories. For example in a garment or biscuit factory there could be workers for the morning shift and workers for the evening shift. Then, there will be double production and more employments.

(5) I appreciate Hon’ble PM’s calling to all the opposition parties to come together for the development of India. All the political parties in the democratic India should come together to build a better India instead of doing leg pulling constantly among each other. Society and nation building must be the top priority.

(2) Some efforts to be made from the side of the government to tap the huge possibility of receiving non-conventional energy. As an example all the houses in villages & towns to be fitted with Solar Panels and all the energy produced must be stored in grids other proper arrangements to be made. All the houses must have proper toilets and all the toilets to be connected to Biogas plants. The Biogas plants would then produce electricity and cooking gas as well.

At the Speed Post counter, we should be able to give the mobile numbers of sender & receiver to generate a printed envelope with the printed addresses. This database can be built everytime someone tells the address and phone number, the system can store the address with the phone number as key. It will save time for the clerk and customer. We can have a PO wallet, where they can deduct my credit or Rupay card linked with the phone number after a biometric verification. It will be easy for MO.

Insurance Bill:- This bill is not in favor of poor civilians already there is enough price rise. why not government agency is developing to insure all civilians.why not medical facility at panchayat level, infant mortality & maternal death is high in India the main reason is this kind of facility is not developed at panchayat level.even in my village a government hospital is opened since day one it is closed no doctor & no medical facility it remains locked.
