The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Respected sir, vat tax collect on state border and like cform resposblity on dealer and dustrubutor after check tax collation better.also in bank acount cash deposite only self .no other persone .i think mejor black money in india not outside because all businessman generate profit by tax chori ,so they also make system corrupt ,if break this chain totally we get more tax collection without inc-ares tax .i hope sir if we try maximum people get salary through cheque like everyday earn by labour

Sub-insurance Bill. the amount paying to health insurance should be return back to insured person if not avail the benefit.All the Indian should have their health card & insured by GOI.Develop the hospital at all village panchayat,the card have helpline center & it will recommend to the nearest GOI hospital. By this only we can develop the health network & check down the corruption of health system. only FDI is not the solution to serve more than 80% of poor civilians.

varun is right there are no dustbins on road, just by saying clean india will not do enough, civilized people become examples but even when we have to throw garbage we dont see dustbins or boxes on road or colonies. Please ensure dustbins r available so that load is not on the common dustbin of area which is very terrible area to cross as it smells foul 1 more advise please mark along with road sign boards that " Dustbin Ahead" like 1 km or 500 mtrs so that people stop throwing waste on road

respected sir- me from rayat bahara inst of hotel mgnt mohali .our college administration become corrupt,Sir they don’t have proper fee payment system. even we don’t have our fee structure. College only take cash fee and give us a paper recipt, which is not valid by income tax office.Colleges make lakhs of money through imposeing fines on student.they impose 6000 fine due to late sub.of fee on me fine.Sir now i get frustrated.my father is not so rich to pay fine.donot prov.facil please help me

if we give right to municipal worker to fine public like 10 Rs. there will we clean india, the major problem is there is no dust bin on the rood where we deposit waste.

mai UP ka rhne wala hu lekin abhi gurgaon me rhta hu 2dec.ko UP jane wala hu agar usse phle koi sahi mail id aap mere no. +918800937348 par mesg kar dete taki mai aapko vo letter mail kar deta kyunki gaon jane ke bad phone me mail khulta nhi hai aur maine ye letter bhaiya ke laptop me save kar rakha hai and jane se phle mai mail karna chahta tha kyunki 2dec. ke bad mai sayad net na access kar saku kyunki gaon me koi achhi net service nhi hai plz mujhe is desh ke liye kuchh karne ka mauka de

Sir, aap waha se hi sabkuch kar sakte hai, Please sare MLA's & MP's ko ye nirdesh de ki grass level par hone wale har kaam ki jimmewari li jaye or personally ye dekha jaye ki sari suvidhaon ka labh aakhiri aadmi tak pahucha ki nahi. Iski Monitoring monthly level pe honi chahiye iske liye kuch logo ko appoint kiya ja sakta hai. Isise kuch logon ko rojgaar bhi milega or ka ki bhi guarranty hogi.
