The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

SOME THOUGHTS :- (1) I feel some steps must be taken for eradication of begging from the country. An organisation must be made to monitor any begging in public. The families who stay on the road side and do begging must be rehabilitated. The children must be sent to school. The sick to the hospital and mentally unsound must be sent to mental treatment homes. The old and weak to be sent to appropriate homes. The unskilled must be provided vocational skills so that they could earn and live with

I would like to Volunteer to forego my subsidy ON LPG cylinder. I wish all such people who have income more than Rs. 10 lacs should forego this subsidy. Govt. should create a separate fund out of this subsidy saved for the welfare of middle classs.

We have to start allgoverment application and policy onweb portal.then we can go ahead of paperless office.even today very less use of online application in goverment offices.officers pressurise people to present unwanted document.and make work dealy and dealay and asking for money.Improve in all offices online information theat can make digital india.

आज देश के 80% रेलवे स्टेशन पर खारा पानी मिलता है। और बोतल बँद पानी धड्ले से 20 रूपये लीटर में बिक रहा है। मेरा मानना है की करोड़ो रूपये की लागत से बने रेलवे स्टेशन पर क्या 3-4 लाख रूपये और लगाकर 10-15 RO water फ़िल्टर नहीं लगाये जा सकते। आप कह सकते है की इनका maintenence महंगा हो जायेगा तो मेरा तर्क है की क्या इन RO के पास में दन पात्र रखा जा सकता है। मुझे पूरा विशवास है की मेरे भारत वर्ष की दानवीर जनता 1-2 रूपये करके daily इतना पैसा तो डाल ही देगी की जितने से इन RO का daily maintenence हो सके
