The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Hon'ble PM Sir, Existing system of Toll collection on roads must be changed to Electronic Card system and auto scanning of vehicle pass like Ezypass system in US. This will save large amount of petrol/diesel (besides time) which is wasted now in passing the vehicle in the que on every Toll plaza. This will also ensure advance money collection (periodical recharge of cards) as well as auto record of money collected by every Toll collection agent. Independent Audit of Toll collection is must.

Hon'ble PM Sir, Tax evasion is a major problem faced by Govt. Many times tax is collected from consumer but not paid to Govt. We have to think of adopting US system of linking all vendors, traders, sellers etc. with Centralised Tax Network so that every transaction is automatically reflected to Tax Network and tax amount goes directly to exchequer. Billing should be compulsory for every retail outlet it may be for petrol, mineral water, chay ki dukan, pan patti dukan etc. "No Bill No Purchase"

Sr. modi ji , I want to tell about RAILWAY condition. In running train which passengers have waiting list or RAC.. TTE always gants the ticket to people who give money more . They dont give the seats to the waiting or RAC listing people because these type of people dont give the money to TTE. In my knowledge there is rule to provide the seat to authorised person first but this is not happen in almost all train. so having the valid ticket these peole suffer to worst condition.. So plz sir make such type of system which should usefull. i can suggest government can make a electronic machine in which all details of conformed, waiting and RAC passengers are feed and there should be strictly instruction to TTE that they must follow this. TTE should feed all details if they provide seats to any one in running train. TTE should provide ticket to authorised persons first then if any seat is vacant it can be given to another persons who have general ticket or having no ticket.. this system may helpfull to stop TTE to make their pocket money which earns through providing ticket to unauthorised people .. Thank you sir..

ANDROID IS THE EXAMPLE OF OPEN SOURCE CODING. THIS IS VERY GOOD AND TRUSTWORTHY TO FULFILL ANYONES DREAM TO BECOME A CODER OR PROGRAMMER. I HAD TRIED OR YOU CAN ACCESS YOU TUBE FOR THIS. IF GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO OPEN SUCH PORTAL THEN THIS WILL INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH AND WILL PROVIDE AVAST AND HUGE COLLECTION OF VARIOUS APPLICATION. YOU CAN PROGRAMME WHAT YOU CAN IMAGINE TO DO.
