The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Mr. PM please do something in respect to establishing a standard in the parliament house regarding the rules and regulations of the house,some of members protest within the house in very unaccepted manner looks mannerless,i feel ashamed to see such stupid actions in INDIAN PARLIAMENT,some members bring an umbrella today in the house,some shout unneccessarily A proper system should be maintained with in the house the pride should be maintained and it starts from basics.... we need 'MODI'FICATION.

all gov schools should appoint the computer teachers to make student intrest in computers. today the condition of the gov school is very poor there is lack of cleanness lack of clean drinking water etc. first there is need to improve the standard of gov schools like private is a big and better computer lab in every gov school and all computer are working not only for show. then the intrest of student will increase in computers.

पूरे भारत में यह नियम लागू किया जाना चाहिए कि जो भी व्यक्ति सरकारी नौकरी में है। चाहे वो कलेक्टर हो या SP या कोई अन्य कर्मचारी। सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढेंगे और जिनके बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में न पढते हो उन्हें सरकारी नौकरियों से निकाल दिया जाए। तभी लोग समझ सकते है कि जब जिले के कलेक्टर और SP तथा अन्य अधिकारीयों के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ना आरम्भ कर देंगे, तो उन स्कूल में शिक्षा का स्तर क्या होगा और शिक्षक किस तरह की पढाई वहाँ करवाएँगे। सभी शिक्षक स्कूल समय पर आएँगे.

Dear PM,Please reduse Tax for FOOT WEAR,14.5%,Let everyone wear shoes rather then going barefoot,I sell sports goods in BLR,No one can afford to Buy or Sell,now wonder our 60% poulation walk barefoot because of the cost +tax.Please reduse the Tax on daily wear,People wear shoes contiounously for 4 years& life of the shoes is only 1 year and later they go to Orthopadic Dr.due foot/ankle/knee issues caused by the shoes,News papers are not charged any TAX, and they charge Bulk amount for advertise.

Dear Modi ji, My Idea is regarding the Election and Voting Procedure. We can offer a cost effective all Digital Voting procedure by utilizing Mobile and Web Technology together. We can use the idea of "Kon Banega carorpati" where all people can participate in any contest (in our case voting) by their registered Mobile Number and Aadhar Card (unique Identification). This way we can save alot of Indian currency and time and give the flexibility to all indian people to vote from home.

Dear PM NAMOJI, Please do something for unemployment which has become the biggest problem INDIA is facing so far,so many people have pursued their degree in INDIA but still they are getting too much trouble to get a single job,vacancies are there in government job but there is no cal-form yet,if they have called then also there will be corruption in selection process,and please remove this reservation quota which is not justifying the people who are intelligent, hope you give reply and solution.

Dear PM,we shud work quick twrds makng villages dvlped i.e min - high speed broadband, 24*7 electrcty,good roads to nearest metro to encourge lot of IT professionls mve 2 their native villages where they can work from home, have a better life. i am an IT professional (6 yrs exp of working in US./UK) and live in congested Mumbai (small apt :() but have ancesteral house in village.Will love to return back to my vilage, work from home and contribute to village economy, skills while wrking frm thr.

Respected PM , If we indians have net banking and debit card facility than why we need to go emitra and kiyosk center for online application TOKEN number?. Sir it is very good for us that today almost applications are online mode it is very essential for people the computer knowledge for us and it is also the way of making DIGITAL INDIA .
