The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

If its a Open Source code you will use respective policies and if you want add few more policies for the Government applications, have add few things and authorized group people can see the code, If some one want to modify or add features to the application, they should send a thoughts to application team, so they will check and if ok they should grant the access to the requester for 7 days for editing. Otherwise only read access if he belongs to the authorized group.

KAB TAK DRAMA KAROGE as well huge bank loans not paid by close companies and also not paid employees due check EPF defaulter list and check what is action against employer and how much take time by EPF department I firm believe that close your Labour Ministry to not give justice to private sector employees. If you don’t do this than u start monitoring and performance work of govt employees and treat like private employee and terminate them all to non-performer

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario.U also be professional.

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario.U also be professional.

Dear Modi Ji, Now you have absolute majority in parliament still Cow slaughter is not banned. more you delay more problem will arise for U. Just do it now!!!! Slaughtered in the name of earning foreign exchange. Most of this business is in the hands of one community & they export meat to countries of their religion. The country which was known for Milk, Ghee is having its population starved on these item because shortage of animals have raised the price of these items to sky high.
