The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario.U also be professional.

a) Recruiting more students than can be supported by infrastructure By conveyance with the AICTE/UGC, these institutes are able to increase their intake of students in spite of the fact that the Infrastructure cannot serve the increased lots. This erodes on standard of education imparted.

they have acquired the major number of Institutes in the country. Having monopolized the higher education institutes, by these private so called trusts, they have been using all corrupt methods to hoodwink the AICTE & UGC, the central watch dogs to monitor these institutes. Some of the corrupt methods are as under.

Education Indian higher education is undergoing a turmoil. The central Government had liberalized the higher education system in the year 2005 so that more students could benefit from the liberalization & acquire higher education. This was necessitated because the Government was not able to start more number of higher education institutes in its government sector because of paucity of funds. Unfortunately this move of the Central Government has been cashed by the vested interest

Sports The performance of our country with 125 Crores people in the International Sports Events is pathetic. What ever efforts have been done in this direction in the past has the shadows of politics & favoritism. Can not this country manage the sports & sports men/women in a fair & judicious manner by encouraging the right sports men/women & discouraging the interference of politicians & people with ill interest. A decision to create an effective Sports Policy & Infrastructure & its management

KAB TAK DRAMA KAROGE as well huge bank loans not paid by close companies and also not paid employees due check EPF defaulter list and check what is action against employer and how much take time by EPF department I firm believe that close your Labour Ministry to not give justice to private sector employees. If you don’t do this than u start monitoring and performance work of govt employees and treat like private employee and terminate them all to non-performer

Skill Development. No School/Institute has taken any interest so far to develop any skill into students so that they can get some job immediately after passing out. Lack of skills but degrees has millions without job on roads in India.
