The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario

Army Verses MOD MOD has been most negligent of the requirement of the army for the security of the country, pay structure of Army. A case of first line ammunition takes around 5 to 10 years for action because the argument given is that no war is imminent

Police Police is ill equipped, insufficient, physically unfit, lowest paid, and most corrupt & not bothered about their duty but earning bribe & giving a share to their seniors for security. Police posts are auctioned & their after it is a rat race to earn 10 time the auctioned money.

Govt Schools/ Institutions The condition of building, Class Rooms, Toilets, Play Grounds, Teaching & Non-Teaching staff is horrible in most of such organization. The Govt Organization to look after the affairs is totally defunk. Teachers instead of teaching force students to take tuitions from them at costs.

Cleanliness of the Streets, Urinals Etc The system of cleanliness of the streets, public toilets & other areas has gone to dogs. This has happened because the departments/people responsible has been corrupted/polities-ed. Out sourcing is full of corruption. Also the common man needs to be educated in this area.

Slaughtering of Milk Yielding Animals It is pathetic that Milk Yielding Animals are being slaughtered in the name of earning foreign exchange. Most of this business is in the hands of one community & they export meat to countries of their religion. The country which was known for Milk, Ghee is having its population starved on these item because shortage of animals have raised the price of these items to sky high.

National Resources There should be a transparency in the allotment of national resources like Electricity, Water, Coal, and Frequency Spectrum to business community. Nation & common man’s interest should be kept in mind while these are allotted. It is a fact that Chinese Meters have been installed by Electricity Boards & they read twice the actual reading. This is how a common man is being robbed by the Electricity Boards
