The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Food items Costs & Availability Today the business class is controlling the market of these items & they sell such items at profits ranging from 100 to 500 times. Govt needs to ensure that common man especially the poor people get these items at affordable prices. Can poor man’s child afford milk at Rs 48 a liter.

Following points need consideration (a) It is an open secret that a some of Judges in the lower /High Courts are corrupt. The system to bring them to book is very tedious. It should be simplified. (b) There are large cases pending in the courts (Lower/High Courts). Dates are given on flimsy grounds. Cases as old as 25 years are pending in such courts. (c) The cost of getting justice has gone to the sky height. However there is no accountability of Lawyers/ Judges in built in the system

Revision of pay and perks of elected representives is already under way this is unbelivable especially in the back ground of the dismal rise in the pay and perks of the common man vis a vis multi thousan fold increase in case of elected representatives considering the base year as 1947 i.e. the year of "INDEPENDANCE" should'nt the Govt be made anserable to this?

Every Tax payer should have right to tell that where his/her tax money should be spend. like 80% of tax payers do not travel by Air India... still there hard earned money get invested in such organizations.... and in turn few thousands enjoys the Air India's luxury. this is shear cheating and with such policies very wrong message is propagated to tax payers. Kindly abolish all subsides to Air India. Kind Regards, Manish Srivastava
