The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Dear Sir, You are saying that you are a "Pradhan Sevak" and i accept this coz really you are. & Your Minister are not "Sevak" for nation, i am very disappointed from this words Yesterday i saw a ambulance in traffic which was stuck in public vehicles and reasons of this your minister vehicle coz police stopped all the vehicle for minister and there was traffic jaam Ek baat batao, minister ki gaadi aaram se niklana jyada important h yaa ek public person ki jaan jyada important h..

महोदय घरेलू गैस क दुरुपयोग सबसे ज्यादा होटलों वेंकेट हाल रेस्ट्रा में होता है यदि गैस वितरण के समय ही हर सिलिंडर में एक चिप लगा दी जाय और उसे उस उपभोक्ता के रिकार्ड में दर्ज किया जाय और अगला सिलिंडेर उसे पुरानी चिप के लौटाने पर ही दिया जाय ।घरेलू सिलिंडर का दुरुपयोग सबसे ज्यादा इन्हीं लोगों के द्वारा ही किया जाता है। होटलों वेंकेट हाल रेस्ट्रा में यहाँ नियम बना दिया जाय कि वहां हर रोज सिलिंडर की जांच की जायेगी और उसका डाटा हर रोज गैस एजेंसी को भेजकर सत्यापन किया जाय्।घरेलू सिलिंडर जलाने का जुर्माना हर हाल में लगाना सुनिशिचित किया जाय।

Dear Sir, You are doing so good work for nation and public, I heartly thanks to you. today i am proud that i am indian Please maintain Uniformlity in candidates who are applying for various government jobs. A candidate who are beloging to general cast, he or she pays fee for application form in jobs and a candidate who are beloging to SC/ST, he or she does not pay any fee.... And in result there cut off marks for General candidate is 360 Marks and for SC/ST cut off marks is only 200 Marks

Sir, Day before yesterday I saw our finance minister is talking about the subsidize domestic gas that it should not be for rich people. I think better option for this implementation is firstly start with giving an option that if any body wants no subsidy for their domestic gas they should give an application for that. It means their are people who actually doesn't want subsidy but they don't have option to SAY NO for subsidy please give option for them and it also supports for others to say NO

The PM and other senior official currently use BMW cars. The Jaguar has probably better capabilities than BMW and is manufactured by an Indian company Tata Motors. As Jaguar is an Indian company, PM and other senior officials should shift to Jaguar, which would definitely, also have armouring and bulletproofing options that are needed for protection of PM, considered it is a car in an even higher end segment than the BMW. This will align well with PM’s initiative to encourage Indian Industry.

Sir, please abolish 1000 & 500 denomination notes as they are used mainly used in hawala transation, bribe, counter fit notes and other illegal activities. All legal transaction are done through banking channels

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ABP न्यूज़ द्वारा प्रतिदिन बॉलीवुड की महिला कलाकारों की आपत्तिजक फोटो को मीडिया द्वारा घोर अपमान किया जाता है और समाज मै दूषित और विकृत वातावरण बनता है। इस पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगनी चाहिए - हमारे समाज में - महिला को बहुत हे सम्मान की दृष्टि से देखा जाता है और दूसरी तरफ उसको वस्तु बनाकर पेश किया जाता है ये दोहरा मापदंड ही समाज को बर्वाद कर रहा है - महिला आयोग को इस पर पहल करना चहिये

Dear Mr. PM , Please its a request to you to deepen our ties with Russia too ...invite Mr. Vladimir putin also sumtime and make some good deals with russia too. We should not loose our old /trustable/natural friends in sake of getting new friends .US wont be our natural ally , US is looking to us only for their own interest , world knows US always adopt use and throw policy for sake of their own national interests. We need to make India a superpower and that can't be done without Russia's suppor
