The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

As Government is putting lot of effort to get the black money, i would request Government to track records of all Ashrams because there is a chance to move black money to Ashrams/Charities. Please do audit on the funds of Ashrams because people have been paying less amount to charities and getting bills for more amount to get tax exemption and popularity. I would request Government to track/audit all the funds of all the Charities and Ashrams.

Dear Modiji, when it comes to handling naxals one may show sympathy but when it comes to dealing proxy war/ cross border terrorism it must be dealt with agression. You said if Sardar Patel had been the first PM, today's India would have been different. Pls deal with border issues the way China deals, make them show us respect through fear and not through sympathy ...we don't need that Once we start attacking there post in the first place they will not dare to think ill of us. There are lot of cases have been in pending from many years in CBI. I did not find any cases resolved properly and value added to nation/people from this department from many years. Which actions Government want to take to get good results from this department for each year. Do we have any audit for the cases have been taken by CBI and to know the progress of it.

There is a lack of people participation in Society development. People works only for Family development by earning lot of money now a days. But good society provides very good opportunities for anyone across decades. Ancestors money makes some youngster lazy. I would request Government to start some activity to participate people in society development.

MY SUGGESTION IS TO GOVT/MINISTRY OF TEXTILES TO REMOVE IMMEDIATELY THE HAND LOOMS (RESERVATION OF ARTICLES & PRODUCTION) ACT'1985 BECAUSE IN PRESENT SCENARIO GOOD FOR TEXTILES INDUSTRY AND ALSO IT IS USELESS ACT. IT OFFICE MAY BE CLOSED AND SHIFTED IT STAFF TO OTHER OFFICE SO THE EXPENDITURE OF RUNNING THIS OFFICE MAY BE SAVE AND GOVT MAY BE USE HIS STAFF TO OTHER OFFICE FOR BETTER SERVICE OF GOVT TO PEOPLES. IN GLOBALIZATION THIS TYPE OF RESTRICTION IS NOT NECESSARY.
