The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir there are as many some 243 million internet users in India which is 5 times more as compared to the figures n 2008.As you are an active member in social media ....why don't you think of developing a social media sites / application i.e face book,twitter etc for more effective participation of Indian citizens to share their views on each issue in the nook and corner of the country.It also generates job opportunities for unemployed and revenue for the government

#स्वच्छताअभियान को मूल मन्त्र मान कर उत्तराखंड गरूर बागेश्वर #मंगलमूर्तिसंगठन के सदस्य समाज और पर्यावरण के हित में ना सिर्फ जागरूकता लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं बल्कि इस अभियान को धरातली स्वरुप भी प्रदान कर रहे हैं ! इसी कड़ी में इस संगठन के सदस्यों ने कसबे से लगी बुरसौल नदी में न सिर्फ कूड़े-कचरे को साफ़ किया बल्कि इस उद्देश्य के साथ वहाँ पर एक देवालय की भी स्थापना की है कि भविष्य में फिर कभी उस स्थान पर कोई कूड़ा ना डाले !

yes i am agree with u all guys but why u all want to chanage the examination system plese have u ever think that in india there is need to a big change in education system. our system should be on choice or interest based not optional based. i

Respected Mr. PM, It’s my humble request to you that you must read this because this will fulfill both your aspirations of ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLYNESS AND DEVELOPED INDIA. This is a video which shows that the DNA of spider and goat have been mixed and a new spieces of goat is developed and the from MILK of that goat a thread is created which is 5 times stronger than steel and can be used in place of KEVLAR(used as bullet proof jacket) and moreover it is environment friendly.

Sir,I want to let you know about my father.Sir,He is a great man .He is honest,hard working and knowlagable from ground level in the field of RAILWAYS.He belongs to RSS from last 44 years.He is totaly dedicated to his works,he works for 17 to 18 hours a day.Sir,Please, I am not a social thinker but you should know about him atleast once.POWER IS NOT A THING TO ENJOY RATHER ITS A THING OF RESPONSIBILITY AND HARDWORK FOR DAYS TO GET SUCCESS.

For ministry Of IT n Broadcast.. Can we develop a mobile application where everyone directly report a complaint for corruption in govt offices. Simply allot a Code for each govt off like pin may be, and every employee will have its own code. so we will just enter those codes time, date ad complaint. that will gets uploaded to server and sorted accordingly based in those code and will be directly reported to the concern officer. It will be easy.

I want to make changes in online examination on all the recruitment agency like SSC, IBPS, Etc. My idea is why not we declare result at a time when student finish exam finish button on examination. and student can wait for 10 minute for result. If such things happen then only student who deserve for post only those student can selected. and corruption is less in this pattern. Sir i am a software engineer and i know how to implement this idea. if my idea is better then please implement it.thks

Application development on Open Source Code should follow the principles of simplicity. The application should be in small size (maximum 5 MB), portable (compatible on all tablets, smartphones and browsers), simple design ( two colored format, button and text bar, responsive), availability (on every platform like Android, iOS, Windows and others) and functionality ( it can work ceaselessly on its purpose).
