Hello Sir,
I have a idea for Finance ministry.
Can we introduce Direct Donation in public sector. With this we can ask every Indian to donate 4 dev funds in the sector which they are interested in. Lets say I am interested in defense or infrastructure, I can donate directly into developments funds dedicated to those sector.
Now this will give an option to people if they are interested. As benefit to them you can give them concession in their tax. This can save stealing of tax too.

Please withdraw all LBT,Octrio , Toll taxes etc, which is forced taxing people to use road , which means tomorrow for coming out from the residence would be taxed! after paying a tax for building a country why people would be burdened again? This is unfair & not an example of good governance. Next is education , where systematically government education system has been destroyed by previous governments for the benefit of education mafias. Mushroomed private education institutions with no qualit

To achieve and motivation for success reusability of source code by
1. Reuse code reduces the time it takes to implement a new application
2. Reducing cost of new application
3. To save money on other government projects
4. A way to increase efficiency and productivity
5. To improve quality of existing developed applications
6. To overcome the problems and issues in the existing source code and develop a new successful application

Many thanks to finance minister for his views on direct & indirect taxes. Time has come to change mindset of people ,Instead of charging no tax on the first bracket,my suggestion is please charge nominal , say 5% tax, thus they feel proud as contributing in the national development not at the mercy of high payers. Also lower the indirect taxes , put capping here, petrol , diesel may be highest with 30% of cost price , not beyond this ,for all selling items .
