The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

In competitive and technological phase, every nagarpalika & municipality should have its own website. Having no website of town or city shows its backwardness. If any citizen have complaint, than how should he do it? He have to suffer from his job or business and do manually complaint and than also concern person not meet. It is wastage of man hours. Every government authority should have website with complaint box, on going activity, future projects and contact no. of officials.

...has been deducted from the account and then u can keep the track on that money even for this money strong action should be taken so that people have fear to take bribe Like sir in our school we were supposed to talk in english if not they will take fine of 5 rs from us so we had fear of that giving money and that changed our habbit in the same way for swach bharat there should be fine imposed on home,shops,etc to keep there surroundings clean otherwise fine they should pay thank you sir

Sir i gave a exam for SSC on 19th october and a week latter i was informed by the Assam SSC office that they lost the SSC OMR Answer sheet. They asked me to reappear for the exam again on 16th Nov 2014. I also had my CA Final Exams going on. I dont know do the examination department really care for our answer sheet or its all fake. No sense of Responsbility. They are so careless and cool for the matter. I hope you see it and deal with them sir.

sir i was a student and i had a joint account with my father so whatever transaction i am doing from my account my father have all the report in the same way not only U.P for all states of india if center is giving money to the state they should transfer to the state account where there should be no limit af amount been transacted and even the money from the state account should be transferred to the company,support,hospital for its in use so that u have an account that how much money when has

hello sir, In hope to see a better Uttar Pradesh in concern to my u.p sir i would like to say that i have seen only BSP or S.P rule in U.P and in 10 years to my understanding i have seen no development all money going into there pocket in BSP rule and crime and corruption in S.P rule as of the latest mulayam singh yadav 75th birthday we have seen and it clearly shows how fearless they are as they have used government money for the celebrations sir i would like to suggest one idea on this..
