The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Khoye huye person ko pata laganewala idea 2001 -2002 jab aya mai orrisa me tha aur ek hotel me kam karnewale bachche ki truck accident me death ho gayi. Mai doston ko batata tha ki mai ek aisa system devlop karna chahta hu ki koi bhi person individual na rahe aur sab ko saman mauka aur adhikar mile.

Ye sab Idea ya concept mujhe train me safar ke dauran ya bahar hotel me night me rukne per ata hai, aur mai apne dosto ko karb 5 -6 saal se apne ideaz sunata rahta hu. Mai apno dost ko bolta tha ki jab bhi India me finger print wala pahchan patra banega to samagh lena ki mara hi company hai aur mai hi ye kam karwa raha hun, per paise ki kami ke karan aisa nahi kar paya aur padhai bhi is trah ki technology ka nahi kar paya kewal concept hi kar ke rah gya

jamakhori, riswatkhori to kabhi nahi ho payegi sab kuch swap machine se pe kiya jaye koi ghotala kabhi nahi hoga sari yojnayo ki rasi un per hi kharch ho payegi. In sab ko charan badh tarike se kaise lagoo karna hai usaka plan mere mind me hai.

Agar corruptions ko rokna hai aur apne desh ko arthik roop se duniya ka sabse takatwar desh banana hai to bank se len den ki prakriya ko badhawa dena hoga ise aisa samjha ja sakta hai . Har person ka ATM card ho aur uska paisa bank me, ek kanoon bana diya jaye ki cash ka len den ab ATM se hoga chahe sabzi khridani ho ya karore rupaye ka company lagana hai, ghar banana hai, tender bharna hai, Sara len den ATM se . Tab hoga kya Sab paisa government bank me aur government ki jankari me rahegi koi

One INDIA One Card ki system lagoo kiya jaye . kahna hai ki koi bhi person kaisa bhi kyon na ho use apna card rakhna jaroori ho jayega aur criminal chah kar bhi kuch nahi kar paynge. Kyonki robbery karenge to finger print to chhodenge chliye mask laga ke aayenge to vehicle se hi aayenge ya jayenge. Finger Print Biometrics card se laish hai to vehicle GPS se kahan tak bhagenge.

kar sakega aur bhi work jo update kiya ja sakta hai discuss ke bad, 18 years hone per use Driving License, Voter ID ki jroorat hogi software ke madhyam se ye sab kam auto update ho jayega usase realeted person ya personal, ya sanshthan ko massage chala jayega. Aur sab renewal me ek baat ayegi ki update keliy sarkar ke paas sara database hoga AADHAR CARD ko SMART CARD me update kar diya jayega.

Mere mind me ek aur idea aa raha hai ki hum biometrics card ko jaroori bana de ya man kar ek upaye kar sakte hai hamare bharat me ek system lagu kiya jaye ki jo subhida ya seva sarkar ya rajya sarkar age ke hisab se janta ko pradan karti hai wah unke mobile , email per sms kiya jye ya unse realeted sanshathan ko bheja jaye. Ek example – jab bachcha school jane lagega lagbhag 3 years ka hoga 10th class aane per uska card renewal karenge jisase uska registration hoga form bhrega bank account open

(a) Most of the large scale open source projects encourage developer to developer contact at-least once in a year. It may be city based meet-ups or a once a year open source conference. (b) Every project requires a leader, who can drive project in a direction when members have differing views. (c) Platform for collaboration with chat, discussion forums and document sharing platform should be provided. (d) Every year there should be discussion on the future direction of the project with a plan.

Iska plan mere mind me hai ki biometrics card ko G.P.S. Technology se laish kar hum person ko locate bhi kar sakte hai. Koi person kho gya hai to kahan kho gya, mar gya to kahan mar gya, magar aap kah sakte ho ki card card fenk kar kahi bhi ja sakta hai, card abhi kahan hai hum G.P.S. system se pata kar sakte hai ek bat aur aap kah sakte hai ki card fenk kar kahi dur chala gya hoga to mai upper me hi kah chukka hu ki biometrics card ko ATM me badlna hai koi bhi paise ke bina kitni dur ja sakta h
