The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

ki death accident me ho jati hai aur unhe lawaris ghoshit kiya jata hai magar finger print se uski pehchan kiya ja sakta hai address find hone per ghar tak bhi use bheja ja sakta hai is technology ka upyog khoye huye bachche, criminal ko pakdne aadi me kiya ja sakta hai ise kaise programming kija sakta hai wo mere mind me hai.

Ek baat jab hum India ke gaon gaon aur Jhuggi tak me digital TV ka network pahuncha sakte hai to digital card ka kanoon kyon nahi. Mera vichar hai ki hum sab agar biometrics (AADHAR CARD) ko A.T.M. card me badal to hum logon ko ek alag pehchan de payenge . Sabse pehle biometrics card ki upyogita meri nazar me is trah kiya ja sakta hai. Card ka hum logon ki pehchan ke liye kar sakte hai mera maanna hai ki card ka upyog hum khoye huye person ki pehchan karne me ki ja sakti hai aur jis kisi person

Clean India from Traffic Police corruption Dear Modi ji, First of all we are very much proud of clean India campaign Now i want to take your attention towards clean Traffic police corruption Please make fine amount so low that every citizen pay true amount in form of receipt. If we make fine of rs 20 or 50, everyone will go for paying genuine fine to government instead of filling pockets of corrupt traffic police.We must use our traffic police to resolve erratic traffic condition and save fuel.

In India our financial Audit system and rules are consider as the one of the top and exclusive one across all over the world, its credibility and work procedure is globally recognized one, my humble request is in the same way the government take the initiative to create a new authority to check the and verify the over all performances of managerial and management functional units of public limited and government undertaking companies and offices. For better plan we need better control

I had a look at the attached policy PDF. My thoughts (1) Policy does not talk about the IPR (2) All the copyright holder, have to assign copyright to the Ministry. A process or place is needed where he can assign copyright, because by default contributor holds the copyright even on a single line of code (3) License to use and modify the code also should be specified correctly, may be a license based on Apache License.Avoid "Viral" natured licenses like GPL, as in seen in github hosted projects.

Respected Modi ji, appreciating your initiatives till now I would like to share with you that you are taking great interest in technological applications/marketing and productions related to Industries. Please consider farmers as well. You are aware that youths are losing interest in agriculture. If it continues, in near future we should import to feed everyone in the country. I request you give a call to youths to get involved in agriculture activities and make some policy to encourage this.

for technology adaption in government can change the vision of development in india and also the life of an indian if it applies in right way. The reach of technology to all sectors and all criticizes can change their life. The two important challenges should solve 1) secure data collaboration between multiple agencies 2) ease of use of technology (i mean using mobile apps, smart integrated electronic equipment at public places)

collaborative application development by opening the source code of applications should take care for the data security, technology should also protect the digital contents/data which would be an asset for country in very near future in this global world. The hybrid cloud computing can play a major role in government in terms cost of development and management as open source model.
