The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

pm sir,we know the current situation of our countrys internal security.time has come to train our policemen better n give them handsome salary so that they dont have to look for bribes.helicopter police facility should be made compulsory in major big cities and in delhi area it must be as quick as possible.

Digital India starts with finance section if we want that our financial inclusion theory work properly than we must use technology likes State bank Digital Branch and SBI Tiny Account

some thoughts Hon'ble PM: 1. Let us not go the route of Cong in creating more divisions thru' reservations for Marathas or anyone. we should walk away from this and provide economic support only. 2. Only creative incentive to include sanskrit in schools. May be basic sanksrit for all would be good. 3. Propose a short term (10 year) plan for art 370 replacement so that J&K has time to transition. provide incentive to move away.

Namaskar I have been travelling in train &I observe that there is no dustbin in sleeper coach , all who eat dinner,lunch throw it outside . If u tell somebody dont throw outside , then they ask for dustbin , why dont we keep dustbin ! I posted in southwestern railways I dint get any response. Plz look at it

The website of Karnataka High Court is one of the best in the country. www.karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in I notice that the websites of other Courts are not so developed. I also notice that the new ecourts.gov.in links to all the individual websites of respective High Courts. This is not an efficient method. We should take the best user friendly and informative options from all websites and have a uniform outlay for all High Court websites. Same with District Court websites. This is doable.

sir ..u r comming to assam thats why tarun gogoi has doing so much thing ...for u ...other wise it is so bad ...i want to assure u that sir ..plse change the route that u r comming plse dont tell tarun gogoi or else tarun gogoi will clean that road ..and u cant see see the bad condition of road on guwahati ... it is so bad .... u r comming that why many checking is going on or else there are no checking on road ...

Sir kindly think on the lines of self service petrol/diesel dispenser where a customer can swipe his/her debit/credit card and fill it by themselves in major cities. This will help us to stop cheating done by the petrol pump staff. ameer ehasan

Opening source code does not make the applications transparent. You should ask people how to make the applications more user friendly and reliable. General public is not computer engineer so it doesn't mean anything to them if you disclose the code used for building applications. Open source is using publically available code. Please revisit

cont... but when it comes for employment lot of rebates and tax concessions and restricting exporting of raw materials (iron ore). we should aim at exporting steel by manufacturing so that our youth gets opportunities. We should learn from Dr Verendra Hegade( Dharmastala) how to develop the skills of village people by Job Oriented courses like TV, mobile, fridge,ac two wheeler repairs. Instead of Nuclear we should develop more wind and tidal electric projects. develop like China in low cos
