The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

- Still we dont understand why a so-called life time Road tax needs to paid everytime, someone changes der living state - As the name says, it should be for Life time irrespective of the state they live in 3. Someone forgets their License or RC book at home

Biggest blood sucker for the common man is the RTO department. There is a need to reform/Revisit the rules and make it easier for the common man. Though we are common India, State RTOs/Police are robbing and black mailing common man in Public for several reasons. 1. Process is corrupted to get License and Registration done..nothing works if some one does not go via Agents, Brokers 2. Respected sir I would like to share with you that you should bring a policy in that any celebrities and players don't make any add and also they don't become ambassador of any things because they are getting huge money for there profession .give opportunity to new talent so that they will got a opportunity to prove his talent .thanking you. All digital gadgets are secured with advance security software, it will save our data from cyber criminals. To overcome these problems we are looking forward to have an strategic alliances with Government of India so that we can join hand and get opportunity to work jointly and save the Indian Harden money and valuable data to go into foreign hands. We can jointly offer Security software to every state and central government departments, educational institutions spread across the India.

All government officers should be given reservation / priority in all government run institutions like schools / colleges/ hospitals etc. It should be made mandatory for them to avail services only from government organizations. Govt servants should be barred from using private services.

IAS officers are supposed to be the most intellectual breed in the nation. I suggest that all IAS officers must be compulsorily required to undertake a teaching assignment in some institute for at least a period of 2-3 years. This will help them share their wisdom with future generation and also it will help them get insights about the mind set of Indian youth for which they are supposed to develop policies!
