The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

you started a newly program named by jaan dhan yojna to conected people from bank . today am going to state bank of india ( faridabad , neelam road branch) to deposit some cash to my wife account but banker refuse my cash to deposit and said to me take green samit card fast and deposit cash by machine . they does not take cash manually. is it right to pressure to take green card and deposit a cash . how ur's scheme is feeling the result that u want if earth condition are very bad ............

Dear Shri Modi ji, My Suggestion on Black Money : - We should built such Banking System there bank should not ask for source of Money / Income, there No PAN no. required and Bank should not provide tax information to income tax deptt., Bank only assure privacy and security of depositors money. Dear, PM , Our Education System was very Bad condition this also you to know , it all the basis on theory concept not on Practical basis , one again thing is the technical education is under the Hopeless universities , At this stage INDIA have to need the creative persons not only the educated persons ,so this can be Achivement by conducting a one technical board for over all India And conducting Practical Examinations , For better Educations it also a option is to Increase the IITs &NITs at every division of INDIA ,Hopes I aspected to you sir , THANKS !

Sir,first of all thanks for very speedy BG Work from Lumding to Badarpur in Lumding Railway Division in NF Railway.Under Badarpur Railway Sub-Division the extension proposal of Karimganj-Dullabcherra Via Baraigram up to Charagi(Mizoram Border) in the same Division & Zone has passed in budget when Smt.M.Banerjee was Railway Minister.But,still land acquisition has not been started.The proposed Dullabcherra-Charagi route may kindly be connected with Saireng (Mizoram) & Karimganj-Agartala Route.

HSRP number plate suggestions for improvement : 1) decentralise to car sales dealers 2) if centralisation compulsion, pls remove NVA's ( non value adds ) a) pre-printing & storing of number plates b) token window,printing window & fitting area to be adjoining area to avoid delays c) get the process at RTO checked by a Green Belt/Lean six sigma expert

मोदीजी यदि आप भष्‍टाचार को कम करना चाहते हो ा तो तुरन्‍त प्रभाव से मनरेगा योजना को बन्‍द कर देना चाहिये ा यह योेजना भ्रष्‍टाचार की जड है ा इससे केवल गा्म सचिव ,संरपच , विकास अधिकारी करोडपति बन गये ा आज राजस्‍थान के 90% सचिव मनरेगा योजना से करोडपति बन गये ा जबकि जनता आज भी गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जी रही है ा आपको समस्‍त संचिवों तथा पंचायतीराज से जुडे समस्‍त अधिकारियाें तथा नेतागण की जांच की जानी चाहिये ा इन समस्‍त को इनकम टैैक्‍स का नोटिस देना चाहिये ा समस्‍त सचिवों से उनकी आय का प्रति वर्ष ब्‍योरा

Recently went to RTO Ahmedabad for my new car HSRP number plate, observed few improvement areas...please pass on to Nitin Gadkari ji : 1) Touts seeking Rs.600/- for fast completion of work 2) No guidance on where to go, window no 155 far away from where actual plates are fitted 3) No token issued inspite of process defined as taking token from window 4) inspite of appointment,printing plates took more than an hour 5) fitting area far away from printing & token counter
