The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

It is very good idea for open source code government project. But for making it successful, some of the policy frame work need to be made. please make a standard of code documentation, so by using it anybody can provide inputs and carry out further work. It should also have security check list and code cleaning system by which voolunteer can see ad clean the code and make it more secured application.

we should have a policy for efficiency of local police body as number of cases solved by them rather than minimum number of cases registered because it doesn't let police men to register the f.i.r. immediately. we can thus evaluate the work done by them with more reliability and efficiency.

The Current situation of our most of the Government Hospital are worst, the only way of the poor people to have medical treatment is Government Hospital but the staff of the hospital behaving them like they are nothing they send the people from one department to other but nothing is done on time. So, its my suggestion that situation of Government Hospital should be changed they should treat the poor people as the Private Hospital treat their Patient.

India has a very poor condition in Process Instrumentation Making industry, While the German based companies cover the more than 60% market of this industry. It should be noted that in any process industry we need 20 to 30% investment in Instrumentations only, thus its a big demanded in Indian Market. We have to move toward "Make in India", and "Made for India" also.

For making a passport, Senior citizen is required to have atleast one photo ID, along with other document, now the problem is as they are Senior Citizens, there are chances that they wont be having any photo ID card, So for PAN card/ Adhaar card, all will take almost 1-2 months to get the card. Senior Citizen will have to go to office many times and stand in long queue. We can have a process where everything can be submitted online and the Card should be delivered withn 7-10 days max.
