Save money in running postal services.1 official at village post office to write letters for d illiterate n E-mail it to destination post office where printout is taken n letter delivered. This will ensure msg transmission n delievery on d same day, save manpower n tpt reqmts for taking/ bringing mail from rly stns. The literate can use d computer facility of post offices to write their own msgs.

In States especially kerala road implmentation of road traffic rules are very week.also police are very few in numbers they cant afford all these, they are enjoying some thing from the owners of vehicle so that they cant take action freely as a result road accidents are increasing. I have a suggestion all over India GROUND TRANSPORT make under central GOVT and reshuftle the traffic police in state to state so that they take action freely, they dont know local people.
