The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Palo Alto observes open by default strategy, in fact UK has adopted digital by default. Which means if any transaction crosses 1 million transaction in an year needs to be digitized. Having said that, digital should not be only mode but the one with the most emphasis on. Please read on https://www.gov.uk/service-manual/digital-by-default

i want fast reforms in public sector and improvement of BSNL is must for digital India plan. Things are changing our India.gov.in portal is doing well but there is a need of changes in BSNL portal

Give open source a boost by adopting policy of open source any software used by government. Also look for open source procurement rather than a close source ones. Create an Indian platform for open source development similar to sourceforge. Recognise and facilitate the contributors on this platform.

apne p. m. narendraji modi ne gas ki subsidy direct consumer ke account pe transfer kar rahe , to ek kam karna chahiye ki direct mobile se ya internet tr. se consumer apni booking gas ki jo kimat hai uski payment direct gas distributor ke account me jama hona chaiye to gas delivery boy koi extra paisa nahi mangega

i request for a reform in military forces specially in navy because still the rules of Royla Navy is followed here; where officer caders were from british and sailors were from india. You can imagine the situation here. . So I request you to go to the lowest level and check the moral of a man.

Hi good morning everyone, today I have read news that Yadav singh has been caught by income tax officers for his illegal earning money and avoiding rule. Why the assets of these kind of people's should not be forfeited. Even he should be discharge from all liabilities and right forever. Why high profile people like Shashi tharoor ,A Raja, Jayalalitha, Srinivasan etc people are stay not punished like general people these are also on his post and enjoying even they are engaged in corruption.
