The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

1. Create a toll free no. at the country level where when can lodge the complain and they can get the complain number. 2. This toll free line can be used by the people to know their right and to fight against the unfair practise. 3. The complain number can be track via online susytem and one can see the update done on this compaint by the executive / administrative department. 4. Later on this complaint number can be used by the people as source of evidence in the court

Modi ji, I want to say a few words which were said by Sabeer Bhaita: 'Like America, India should also have a Silicon valley.' And i think that Bangalore or Pune have the capacity of becoming Indias Silicon valley. So i think u will really respond to it. Jai hind.

Though it may be difficult to bring the black money stacked in foreign banks,the govt should take steps to minimise the generation by using internet to its full extent in all govt activities,so that people will not visit offices to bribe the babus. Also by spreading internet to every corner of India,the payment mode can be changed to eventually to cards mode.It will also save Govt fund used for printing notes and need of circulating higher denomination notes can be reviewed.

I request Modi ji, to think about changing the infrastructure of police system in India which was devised in pre-independence era by British govt for protecting them rather than protecting the democracy of this country. In developed countries police do not report their duty to political ministers, they are protectors of law so they only report to the Law. If this is possible in India Politicians in power may not receive salute from police but they would save the future of democratic India!

Jai hind sir. Sir ap har jagah ka bhratachar khatam karne ka kosis kar rahe hai lekin ghar me hi ghotale hai yani CRPF me officers ka thekedari karna aur tanasahi andaj me paisa khana kab chutega. Modi sarkar ho ya manmohan sarkar koi antar nahi lutpat me. CRPF me sabjagah ghapla. Jiske pas paisa hai vo paisa dekar hamesa achchhe jagaho par transfer karata hai. Jiska koi nahi vo hamesa jagalon me hi ghumta rahta hai. Sir yaha ke systems me sudhar kab hoga ? Jai hind

आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकत्रियाँ एवं सहायिकाएँ की सेवा दशा मे सुधार हेतु सरकार का ध्यानाकर्षण हेतु अखिल भारतीय आँगनबाड़ी कर्मचारी कृति समिति द्वारा 1 - 2 दिसंबर 14 को संसद पर प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा । आप से अनुरोध है कि समिति के प्रतिनिधि मण्डल को वार्ता हेतु 01 दिसंबर 2014 के पूर्व समय सुनिशिचित करने की कृपा करें ।

Hi, As we all know that the major portion of the corrupted or Black money goes through Direct cash flow only. If we can stop the Direct Cash flow in major Cities and Metro by the following the below Steps. 1. Purchases at Big malls,Petrol Pumps and shoping center should always be done in Card or Internet Banking. Any Purchase above of Rs 1000 should always be done with PAN card Number.And the Shop Owner should always check the PAN card in Original and encouraged by shops owner. STOP DIRECT CASH
