The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

I request Modi ji, to think about changing the infrastructure of police system in India which was devised in pre-independence era by British govt for protecting them rather than protecting the democracy of this country. In developed countries police do not report their duty to political ministers, they are protectors of law so they only report to the Law. If this is possible in India Politicians in power may not receive salute from police but they would save the future of democratic India!

Net banking need for india and india's every person. But Bank of India , Add; satpur , midc, nashik 422007. After say every person your transaction are not laks and laks , so, your are not use to net banking. But online service was very fast and digital india needed. So, Plsase Net Banking use every person and they given also totaly account holder in net banking password and user id. Totaly hopeless person in Bank of india in satpur branch. mo. no.

Do something With the e-commerce website Yepme.com. They really embarrass the way to make a digital india. As a student i can not go throw the process of Consumer court registration.

government has to set up a new system "GRIEVANCE addressing and resoultion" in this system there is two ways to record the complaints 1) directly can post the complaint 2) record the complaint through phone (strictly mobile) convert it into text to store the system message alerts will be sent to respective department officers and the ticket solving process should be one week (depends on severity) if task has not been done salary of the particular dept ppl should reduce to 1/4th per day

f) we have to go beyond intensity and enthusiasm. To have consistency, hard-core program managers, portfolio mgrs and project mgrs are to be employed. g) ALL state governments to have standard colour template, standard basic functions, state specific and rich diversity can be slowly built inside.
