The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Everyone have smartphone along with camera. On road parking, rough driving, discipline or any road related crime can capture in cam with proper number plate which send on particular no. (Gov. make this facility like 108 or any helpline). Gov. do credit few amount like 50 Rs. to his wallet account or mobile balance etc.(any cash benefit with any other ways) and gov. should send mail to concerns with official fine with time limit to pay etc. this will help to avoid lots of inconvenience on road.

Honorable Prime Minister Modiji, Big LED display should be there in front of all State Transport Bus, City Bus, Trains. During Night Person should be able to see board clearly. Because of Headlights of Bus even young people cannot read the front boards. Then how the Old people will see it? Hence for all Transport systems Digital Display Boards in front should be there. Which can be seen clearly at night.
