The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modiji my syggestion is your need to devlep application development team which research and develop application to reduce cost and time.lile address proof,FIR,courts bank online just like railway ticket.

पिछले लगभग चार वर्ष से भारत के कम से कम पाँच गाँव ऐसे हैं, जहाँ की पूरी आबादी सिर्फ संस्कृत में बात करती है, मजे की बात ये है कि इस दौरान ना तो मुरली मनोहर जोशी HRD मंत्री थे और ना ही प्रगतिशीलों(?) के "भौंकात्मक निशाने" पर रही Smriti Zubin Irani. जी हाँ, चौंकिए मत!!! हमारे मध्यप्रदेश के तीन गाँव (झिरी, मोहद, बघुवार) तथा कर्नाटक के दो गाँव मुत्तूर और होसहल्ली) भारत के ऐसे अनूठे गाँव हैं जहाँ "सभी जातियों के लोग" आपस में संस्कृत में बातचीत करते हैं...

last day i visited Gurvuvayur Municipality office(Thrissur District of Kerala).i had to seen there that the lack of unity between departments.this is a small office.a lot of time taken to transfer a file from one table to another.Still they are searching huge books to know the details of the applications.almost officers are fear to sign in certificates.still offices are not totally digitalised and have no co-operation between departments
