The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, what are you doing for SSC recruitment scam? my sister got 97 number according to ssc stenographer-2014 key and OBC merit list stop on 85 but she did not get place in merit....exam was in 14 September 2014..result announced 26 November 2014....in SSC here is definitely a big game is running....and if you will be remain silent it would be create doubt for as.

Digital convergence, between mobile, tablet, pc and other digital platforms such as ATM or even house hold electronics like the radio, TV Refrigerators Washing machine and wi fi enabled devices will help eliminate middle men and corruption.

My question is : Can we have centralized system where vehicle registration should not be bound to states OR Registration of vehicle in one state should be accepted in all state. This is a common problem and common people need a solution to this.

This is regarding Vehicle registration. Individual has registered his /her vehicle in one state and now moving / relocating to other state. This is quite happening with IT engineers. Due to the nature of Job they need to move / relocate from one state to other. Getting a new number in that state is itself a tedious job. People prefer to sell out their vehicle instead of going for registration change ( complicated process). Tariff Police is torturing such people and asking money.

We are forcing to adopt E-Governance it is good concept for digitization. But in India current scenario is that there not good internet facility but its very poor internet facility even in city area also. If internet facility available than its so much costly so common people can't effort that. So first we have to concentrate to improving internet facilities all over India. If internet facilities not available than our target will not complete toward E-Governance. "Digital India Better India"
