The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Drugs should be legalized in India. When something is made illegal it does not mean that people will not take drugs. When something is illegal it is not available easily so price goes up. Cos of high price crime rate increases to get money for buying drugs. Also to enforce the law against drugs lot of govt fund are wasted. Instead the same funds can be used to spread awareness about the evil effects of drugs

Tackling the drug menace in India: its not a new problem rather attached to the very roots of our country. Even sadhu baba used to it to get pleasure. So question is not the drug, the real question is of pleasure, how can we provide the such environment in which persons do not use drugs but at the same time remain blissful. The solution is "Meditation". Only and only deep a Meditation experience can give a blissful state of mind in which a person doesn't need any outer substitute like drugs.

Open Source Code should be good. Many existing models may be used, such as AOSP Android itself which is on GitHub. It has been forked into CyanogenMod and OmniROM, all of them which are open source and have a growing community of developers.

Kindly Roll back unconstitutional sections in Amendments to marriage laws.. Dear sir, Please provide justice to innocent men. Stop this unconstitutional bill from killing more married men. The suicide rate of married men is already as high as 65k per year. We have hope from our great leader Shree Modi ji that he will never let injustice happen.
